Horse Art Print

While driving around the beautiful countryside of Region of Waterloo (Canada), Steve came across a lovely site, which later became the inspiration for this drawing. Two beautiful horses were drinking water by the road. As he stopped to take a quick photo, a third black horse ran up to the fence to inspect what was going on. Steve was just awestruck by how brilliant these animals are, and especially by their graceful power.

Steve's goal for this drawing was to render in the black horse using only lines and patterns to create a dense mosaic, especially when viewed in close range.

The Horse fine art print was independently illustrated by Steve Pell of Pellvetica. It is available as an open edition and comes signed and dated by the artist, Steve Pell. These heavyweight, matte paper prints are smooth to the touch and make for memorable gifts.
